Located & established 2003 in Historic Bryon, we are growers and producers of 100% Estate extra virgin olive oil which has been certified by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) for the past five (5) years which assures you of a quality extra virgin olive oil free of defects. Look for the COOC seal. During harvesting, our olives are hand picked the old fashion “Italian” way and cold pressed within hours after harvesting – as this ensures that you’re getting the real “stuff”!  We have been recognized internationally & nationally with gold, silver & bronze medals for our Tuscan varietals. 

Our products are a must for your pallet and pantry – what a culinary experience!   To compliment your pallet even more, we offer imported 15 yr and 25 yr balsamic vinegars imported from Modena, Italy under our label.  Our other quality  products: Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Vinegar (aged in American Oak Barrels for 3 yrs.);  our unique California Gold Essence Vinegar (Asian flair); plus a varietal of stuffed olives, green olive & lemon mustard, both green and black olive tapenades that will be a crowd/party pleaser for you, family and guests. 

 We also offer our “Handmade Olive Oil Soaps”; and by special request only – our “Sweet Martini Delights” – chocolate covered almonds that look like pimento olives.  Private tastings are available at our olive ranch or at your home, place of business or special events.  Call in advance for tastings or events.
